Old Santa Fe Inn Hotel Policies

Cancellation/Early Departure Fee:
Excluding certain holidays and special event periods, Old Santa Fe Inn permits cancellation of your reservation with a full refund up to 72 hours prior to your arrival day. Within the 72 hour period, the Old Santa Fe Inn reserves the right to retain your initial one-night deposit that was made at the point of reservation. Once you have checked in, an early departure fee of $25.00 will be charged per night for each night you decide to cancel from your original reservation.

Pet Policy:
At the Old Santa Fe Inn pets are welcome. It is our policy to charge a $20.00 per night non-refundable deposit for your pet. There is no fee for service dogs. For the safety of our employees, we request you keep your pet leashed during maid service. Our housekeeping staff reserves the right to not provide cleaning services to your room if your pet is unleashed.

The guest assumes all responsibility for the pet during the visit including damage caused to the room, furniture and common areas of the hotel, as well as any injuries caused by the dog to anyone while staying at the hotel. No pets are allowed at the breakfast area at any time.

Rollaway and Crib rental:
At the Old Santa Fe Inn we have a limited availability of rollaway beds and cribs. Please make sure to request one during the booking of your reservation so we can reserve it for your stay. There is $10.00 per night rental fee for cribs and rollaway beds.

Late Checkout Policy:
Our daily check out time is 11 am. Please feel free to request a later check-out time if you choose by contacting the front desk at any time during your stay. Late checkouts request are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply for late checkouts.

Smoking Policy:
The Old Santa Fe Inn is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the rooms, including patio and balcony areas, is not permitted. For our smoking guests, we provide a number of sitting areas outside the rooms and a general patio by the front desk where smoking is allowed (subject to availability). Old Santa Fe Inn reserves the right to charge an additional fee of up to $100.00 per day if smoking in your room is detected.

Check/Credit Card Policy:
At the Old Santa Fe Inn we do not accept personal checks. Business checks are accepted for group reservations as established by the group contract with the hotel. At the Old Santa Fe Inn we are not able to cash any personal or business checks or provide cash back services for credit/debit cards. All credit card purchases must exceed $3.00; any charge lower than $3.00 must be paid by cash.

Parking Policy:
The Old Santa Fe Inn offers complimentary parking for its guests. Although we make every effort to provide a safe and secure area for your vehicle, Old Santa Fe Inn cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left in vehicles parked in its lot.

Use of Complimentary Wireless and Wired Broadband and Dial-up Service:
At the Old Santa Fe Inn free wireless and wired broadband service is offered to all guests in their rooms and in the lobby area of the hotel. The hotel does not provide wireless network cards or any other personal equipment that may be required for your personal computer.

Although we will make every attempt to assist you with connecting to our wireless system but we cannot be held responsible for factors outside of our control, such as weather or equipment issues that may affect reception in certain areas. Old Santa Fe Inn does not guarantee that our wireless service will work with your specific computer.

For guests that use a dial-up connection for Internet access, all rooms provide an extra phone line for dial-up access. Please note that dial-up service will be charged as phone calls to your room. Local calls are 0.75 per call and long distance calls are charged according to the rates offered by our long-distance provider.

Use of Exercise Room:
At the Old Santa Fe Inn we want to provide as much convenience to our guests as possible, including a 24 hour exercise room. Please note that our exercise room is not monitored and that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any injuries or medical conditions that arise from the use of the fitness equipment.
